Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping Policy 

We accept Canadian Orders Only. 

All orders are paid by credit cards or Paypal. We offer 2%10NET30 account to regular customers and well-established organizations.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours during business week.   

We offer free shipping expedited parcel on orders above $800.

The shipping is processed by Canada Post and is regulated by their shipping policies. On that basis, we are constraint to Canada Post working schedule and do not ship on week-ends and holidays.

Large orders may be shipped by freight truck.

Shipping Options : 

  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking number : ~ 2-6 business days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking number : ~ 1-3 business days.
  • Canada Post Priority with tracking number : ~ 1-2 business days.

Package not received 

In general, all our packages are delivered on time, thanks to Canada Post efficiency and professionalism. However, in the eventuality that a package is not delivered, we investigate with Canada Post. 

By default all shipment is covered for $100 value. Should you want extra coverage, please contact us. An extra fee will apply.

Note : if a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided shipping address, we can :

(1) ship the package again for an additional charge corresponding to the shipping fee of the returned package + the shipping fee of the additional shipping + $5 handling fee. The second package will be shipped, only after we receive the initial package back to our office.

(2) issue a refund corresponding to the total order value minus our expenses. The refund will be issued, only after we receive the package back to our office.

Please take a special care to provide your complete shipping address to avoid such situation.

Returns Policy 

All sales are final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure they are in good conditions and that no error was made in your order. We will replace items for any shipping errors we made. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded. If you have received an incorrect item and are requesting a replacement, please contact us using our contact form here, and we will give you the instructions required to process the return.

In your return package please include:

  • The packing slip (invoice)
  • A note telling us what is the problem 

Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement and up to 1 week for a refund.
